Seaview · West Seattle peninsula
Seaview is one of West Seattle's established view neighborhoods, where homes mean view homes with original masonry, many dating to the early 1900s. Our peninsula crew handles every chimney trade in Seaview — and we're already in the neighborhood.

Seaview is a residential neighborhood above Lincoln Park on the west slope, set on Puget Sound (nearby), with Craftsman and mid-century view homes. That mix is our bread and butter — chimneys that have stood through decades of Sound-side weather and pay back a proper look far better than a quick patch.
Even a few blocks up from the beach, Seaview still lives in salt-tinged Sound air and a wet season that runs from fall to late spring. Rain works patiently on crowns, caps and flashing — catching the small cracks early is what keeps the water out.
Around here, Seaview means Lincoln Park and the Colman Pool. Our crew works every corner of the neighborhood — Seaview, Morgan Junction included.

Seaview chimney care
Out here trouble starts quietly — a pitted cap, a hairline in the crown, flashing the salt air got to first. On every Seaview visit we go through the whole system, roof to hearth, and put photos of what we found in front of you. Nothing rides on guesswork.
